Located on the campus of California State University Dominguez Hills, the Home Depot Center is a world-renowned multi-purpose sports complex and athletic training center. Situated just 13 miles south of Los Angeles and two miles north of the Motel 6 Carson near Home Depot Center. The Home Depot Center opened in 2003 and is home to many outstanding local sports teams and exciting sports events.

At the Home Depot Center, visitors can experience a variety of concerts, tournaments and spectator sports throughout the year. In the past, the Home Depot Center has hosted the MLS All-Star Game, MLS Cup, FIFA Women’s World Cup Championship game, LA Women’s Tennis Championship, USA Junior Track National Championships and World Track Cycling.

World class athletics thrive at the Home Depot Center, from soccer, tennis, and volleyball to track & field, baseball and basketball. The Home Depot Center is divided into 3 major event facilities. The Soccer Stadium is a 27,000 seat venue featuring 10 smaller soccer training fields. The Tennis Stadium hosts a variety of professional tennis tournaments and training camps. The Velodrome is the only permanent North American indoor track of international standard. Designated an official U.S. Olympic Training Facility, the Home Depot Center also houses a 3,000 square foot weight training room.

Head over to the Home Depot Center to watch the best local sports teams battle on the playing field. Winners of the MLS Cup in 2002 and 2005, the LA Galaxy MLS soccer team play home games at the Home Depot Center. Other local soccer teams include Chivas USA, a Mexican owned, U.S. based soccer team, as well as the Los Angeles Sol, members of the Women’s Professional Soccer League.
